  9.         PC-Sherlock is 'the ultimate' form of a game, popular
  10.         throughout the world, by many names : "Bulls & Cows",
  11.         "mastermind", "Biki-Karova ( USSR)", etc.  It is a 'brain'
  12.     game, involving logical reasoning and deduction.  PC-Sherlock
  13.     is unique in itself, presenting your PC as a tough-to-beat
  14.     mastermind player who plays 'against' you, and challenges you
  15.     to improve your logic.

  20.     PC-Sherlock is a 'brain' Game, involving logical reasoning and
  21.     deduction.  You and your PC play against each other to deduce
  22.     each other's secret number. PC-Sherlock presents your PC as an
  23.     extremely intelligent player and it is tough to win against it.
  24.     Of course, every advantage is given to the human player to ensure
  25.     that good players can really win against PC. Surprisingly, the
  26.     Game becomes more and more exciting as you learn to apply your
  27.     logic in a more skillful manner. Of course, the Game is random
  28.     and there is no fixed strategy or formula to win. So the Game
  29.     remains exciting even after thousands of plays.

  33.     For more information, startup the program by typing 'Sherlock' at
  34.     DOS prompt and choose option 'Tutorial' from Main menu.

  49. HOW TO START THE PROGRAM :

  51.     Type 'Sherlock' at DOS prompt.

  53.     ( If you are starting for the first time, it is suggested that
  54.     you first go thorugh the Tutorial to get an understanding of the Game
  55.     and various menu options.)
